Usually the first meeting will be with the parents and we will discuss about the nature and severity of the problem the child is facing, about situations that cause that problem, about the history of the child and family life.
Next meeting will be with the child / adolescent and it is time to establish a trust relationship between us, it's time to start together in the journey of knowledge. The approach of each child is unique and different, so the therapeutic process is a very flexible but with clear goals: reduce emotional / behavioral problems of the child, improve coping abilities in school, with family or colleagues / friends and improve self- itself. The role of parents during therapy process is also very important.
Therapeutic approach is relatively short, including less therapy sessions compared to other therapeutic systems. A therapy session lasts 45/50 minutes, usually with weekly meetings, and the therapeutic process may take about 3-6 months, depending on the particular disorder and the degree of involvement of the client and / or his family.

A consultation lasts 50 minutes, usually meetings take place weekly, with a duration depending on the client's problem. We can also have two consecutive sessions with a duration of 90 minutes, depending on the topics discussed and the time available to the client. Family consultations take 90 minutes.
The price of an individual session is 150 RON.
If distance is a reason why you can not come to the practice (you are not from the area or working outside the country), there is the possibility of having psychotherapy sessions by phone or Skype.
